I am an active boy, and I like to have a healthy lifestyle to be good health.

I start my day eating a fruit, Then I go to the Gym. In the Gym I do exercises to work different parts of my body, the Mondays I work my arms, the Tuesdays I work my legs, and The rest of the week I work my ABS, after exercising I return to my house and preparing my break fast. It is important that your breakfast is healthy, because breakfast is the most important meal of the day, that's why you should consume carbohydrates and vitamins, especially vitamin C.

I always try to accompany my breakfast with a fruit and natural juice, after breakfast I put on my school clothes and preparing my Bag.
I go to my school at 11:30a.m I Delay 12 minutes Arriving to school. 
My classes usually started at 12:15p.m, But I prefer to arrive a few minutes earlier. 

I eat my lunch in the school, usually my lunch is Vegetable Salad and chicken, I like Accompany lunch Whit weather.

I returning to my home at 6:30 p.m, The first thing I do when I get home is eat mi dinner, my dinner Consists of vegetables, meat, and rice, They are things that can never be lacking in my dinner, why consume Vegetables provides you with large amounts of vitamins and minerals that help you to have better health.

After dinner I realize mi homeworks, usually always l have math homework and Spanish homework. I finish my homework at approximately 9:30 p.m., After finishing my tasks I go to sleep in my bed, and the next day Wake at 7 a.m.

and on weekends I usually use them to work on my mental health, why School routine can create stress and can create personal problems.
On weekends I focus on relaxing and feeling good myself
The activities that I usually do on weekends are playing video games, reading a book or cooking. It is important that you do activities that you like and relax You,
